Big events

Events for up to 220 people can also be held in winter in our 900m2 Lethe Hall:

In addition to the heatable Large Meditation Room (120m2) and the Tao (approx. 300m2 and gallery), there is also the Summer Hall (800m2), the Lethe Hall (840m2) and the Barn (500m2).

The Lethehalle has been renovated with insulated walls, underfloor heating, a glass gable and new sanitary facilities.
Depending on the size of the event, these halls are used as workshop spaces or dining areas.
There is also plenty of space outside to eat or meet in groups.

In the summer months it can be up to 700, depending on the arrangement. A separate infrastructure is then available.

In this way, major events with Thomas Hübl (Celebrate Life Festival), Thich Nhat Hanh, Shantimayi and Akong Rinpoche have already taken place here.
We are tried and tested up to an event size of 800 participants or over 1000 spread over 9 days.

Accommodation and sanitary facilities for major events from May to September:

On our apple meadow and around the lake (approx. 700 meters circumference) there is plenty of space for tents and in designated areas also for caravans etc.. Another meadow is available for parking.
Estimated space for people in tents and caravans: 600. In addition to various toilets in the buildings, there are also toilet vans. There are showers by the lake, in the Lethehalle, in the former stables and in the main building.

Rooms can sleep 95 people, there are also up to 45 group dormitory places (depending on seminar room requirements) and around 200 beds are available in nearby private houses, guesthouses and hotels.
Oldenburg is also only 8 km away with other amenities.
